Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner Drew Minter will teach a new series of six classes of Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement lessons focused on freeing the pelvic floor. Students should wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in. Mats will be provided, but students are invited to bring their own head (or other) supports if they would like more.
Wednesday evenings at 7:00 on October 25, November 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 at the Kiva in Stone Ridge (3588 Main Street, Stone Ridge – behind the MaMA Center)

Drew Minter was a professional opera and early music singer for over 40 years, with a robust performing life in America and Europe that included more than 70 recordings of opera, orchestra and chamber music works. During the past two decades he has been a Senior Lecturer in Music at Vassar College and has taught dozens of opera, singing, and movement workshops at summer festivals, colleges and universities nationwide. Drew studied breathwork with Carl “Dr. Breath” Stough. As a Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, he offers private sessions at his home studio.
